The terms & conditions on this page explain the agreement (contract) between Ijaada Institute and you, the user of Ijaada Institute’s services and products.
You automatically agree to fully accept Ijaada’s institute's terms & conditions below once you purchase the ‘Arabic Proficiency in 12 months’ course from Ijaada Institute and thus gain access to our platform.
By paying for The Arabic Proficiency in 12 months Course you are acknowledging and in agreement to the following:
Class cancellation
In the event of your cancellation or non-attendance for a live session, your paid class will be forfeited. However, if a teacher cancels a session for any reason, appropriate arrangements will be made to compensate for the missed class. This may involve rescheduling the session to a different day and time at the teacher's discretion, or extending your live session allowance by adding the missed session to the end.
Course length
It will take 12 months to complete all the grammar topics and themes of this course. This is done by you studying 3 pre-recorded lessons per week each of which is approximately 45 minutes give or take. In addition, we provide you with 2 live sessions a week each consisting of 2 hours (a total of 4 hours a week).
Access to the live sessions will be granted only upon completion of level 1 of the pre-recorded lessons. To accomplish this, it is expected that you watch 3 videos per week, which will take approximately 8 weeks to complete. This time frame allows for ample opportunity to grasp the fundamentals through the pre-recorded lessons.
Course breaks
A 5 week break will be observed for live sessions during the period of Ramadan. Additionally, there will be a one-week break in celebration of Eid Al-Adha and a two-week break during the winter season.
Course subjects
By purchasing this product you are paying for the study of the subjects and themes that have been provided you and the live sessions. By agreeing to this contract you are affirming that you are aware of the grammar and theme topics that will be studied. They are linked below the 'terms and conditions' link on the checkout page entitled 'course topics (grammar)' and 'course topics (themes).
Technical issues
If you are absent from a lesson due to facing electrical/technical problems from your side then Ijaada Institute can not be held responsible and you will not be compensated in this circumstance.
Scheduling conditions
Scheduled times in the online scheduling system are in KSA time zone, day & time. We recommend using a time converter.
Date and time
The right to access the online portal for the 'Arabic Proficiency in 12 months course' is for 2 years (96 weeks) starting from the date of purchase.
Commercial use
Commercial use of our products
The student is not permitted to use the videos provided in this course for commercial use under any circumstance whatsoever.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be within 7 days of purchase. After the 7 day period Ijaada Institute is not obliged to give refunds. Additionally, the student must have viewed less than 10% of the program. Whether or not you click on the COMPLETE & CONTINUE button, makes no difference. The rule applies once you access 10% of the modules in the program, whether or not you view the videos.
Payment Terms
Failure to Pay Installment Plan
Non-Payment Consequences:
If you fail to make a payment as per your installment plan, we reserve the right to pause your account until the payment is received.
During the period when your account is paused, you will not have access to any course materials, live sessions, or community support until the outstanding payment is made.
Debt Obligation:
Please note that the installment plan is considered a debt. By opting for an installment plan, you agree to pay the full amount of the course fee as stipulated in your payment schedule.
The total course fee must be paid in full, regardless of whether you continue to access the course materials or participate in the program.
Reactivation of Account:
Once the outstanding payment is received, your account will be reactivated, and you will regain access to all course materials and resources.
Communication:
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes in your payment method or financial situation that may affect your ability to make payments as agreed.
We encourage proactive communication to discuss potential solutions if you anticipate difficulties in meeting your payment obligations.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the installment plan obligations and consequences for non-payment.

Disciplinary measures
Any posts within our online community that are deemed offensive or contribute to a negative atmosphere will be promptly removed. In the event that a student persists in such behavior, they will be expelled from the online community. Subsequent re-entry will be subject to our discretion and evaluation.
Compensation for absences
It is your own responsibility to attend the live sessions. Ijaada Institute will not be held accountable for your failure to do so and as a result will not compensate you.
Other issues
If there are any other disputes that may arise then we refer back to the Quran and Sunnah to come to a just ruling.
