Our goal is to provide high-quality, affordable Arabic education for committed learners in developing countries. This agreement outlines your responsibilities, access rights, and policies related to your subscription.

Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Access and Content

  • You will receive access to a curated selection of recorded lessons from our Arabic course.

  • Your access level may not include all features of our flagship program, such as private sessions or advanced levels.

  • Ijaada reserves the right to update or rotate course content to improve the learning experience.

2. Billing and Payments

  • This subscription is billed monthly.

  • You authorize Ijaada Institute to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

  • Failed payments will result in automatic pausing of your account until payment is received.

3. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed less than 10% of the available content.

  • Once over 10% of the course is accessed, refund eligibility is forfeited—regardless of whether you completed or merely opened the material.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

  • Cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are given for partial months.

5. Account Suspension for Non-Payment

  • If a payment fails, your account will be paused.

  • During this period, you will lose access to all course materials and community support.

  • Access will resume upon successful payment.

6. Fair Use and Commercial Restrictions

  • You may not share, resell, or distribute any course materials.

  • Commercial use of videos, resources, or platform content is strictly prohibited.

7. Technical Issues

  • Ijaada Institute is not liable for student-side technical issues (internet, power outages, device problems) that affect your access.

  • We advise stable internet and up-to-date devices for optimal viewing.

8. Community Conduct

  • Access to our Telegram group or community spaces is a privilege.

  • Any behavior that is offensive, negative, or disruptive will result in immediate removal. Repeat offenses may lead to permanent removal without refund.

9. Live Session Access (If Applicable)

  • If your plan includes live sessions, it is your responsibility to attend.

  • Missed sessions will not be compensated unless cancelled by the instructor.

  • Instructors reserve the right to reschedule sessions as necessary.

10. Holidays and Breaks

  • Ijaada reserves the right to implement scheduled breaks for Ramadan, Eid holidays, and platform maintenance. These breaks will be communicated in advance.

11. Disputes and Islamic Principles

  • Any disputes will be handled with reference to Islamic principles of fairness and justice, in accordance with the Qur’an and Sunnah.
